CREAF is pleased to announce 3 research positions as part of our Severo Ochoa Talent Recruitment Strategy. We aim to recruit 3 researchers awarded with the MSCA-PF Seal of Excellence to develop their MSCA-PF proposal. The MSCA-PF Seal of Excellence certificate recognizes the value of proposals presented under the MSCA postdoctoral fellowships that scored 85% or above but are not funded due to a lack of budget.

CREAF is aligned with the CoARA principles, ensuring that research assessment and recruitment focus on quality, originality, and inclusivity rather than relying solely on traditional quantitative metrics.

At CREAF, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse working environment. As part of our ongoing commitment to gender equality, we strongly encourage applications from candidates of all gender identities. Our selection process aims to ensure fair representation, and we strive to include individuals from underrepresented gender groups in our final candidate selection.
